A tour of Little Coyote, a transformed former casual eatery is now an elevated yet relaxed St. Elmo restaurant inspired by Southwest and Caribbean design.

The renovation expanded indoor-outdoor dining and connects guests to Lookout Mountain views and Chattanooga sunsets. Recently, Little Coyote was named a Michelin Bib Gourmand restaurant in the Michelin Guide for the Southeast, which recognizes excellence in both design and food and beverage.
