Congrats! #ILOOKFORWARD Video Shorts Challenge Winner

Congratulations to Ali Alsaleh and Johanna Coetzee for  “I’m Feeling Lucky”, winner of the 2017 Video Shorts Challenge!

The inaugural AIA TN Video Shorts Challenge invites architects and designers to bring their perspective to life through film.

The submitted videos will be screened at The After Party on Monday, July 31 at the AIA TN Conference on Architecture and will be featured between speakers and events during the conference to spur conversation about the conference theme “2017 Forward.”   A jury will selected the winner and it was announced at the 2017 AIA TN Conference on Architecture in Memphis.

Learn more about the Video Shorts Challenge:

THIS YEAR’S THEME FOR THE AIA TN 2017 VIDEO SHORTS CHALLENGE IS #ILOOKFORWARD.

This year’s challenge calls for video shorts that explore what the future of design could be for the industry, for the individual, and for our communities. The competition seeks to give presence, voice, and creative expression through video; capture different perspectives on the future of design; and highlight what design professionals and community members are doing across our state to push the boundaries of architecture.

A special thanks to Curtis Stout for sponsoring the Video Shorts Challenge!
