The 108th Tennessee General Assembly adjourned sine die on April 17, 2014. All legislation introduced in 2013 or 2014 is now dead. New bills will be introduced in 2015.
The 109th Tennessee General Assembly will convene on January 13, 2015. In the meantime, our Government Relations Committee, Board and lobbyists will be working hard on potential legislative issues affecting your profession.
