The Tennessee Fair Housing Council will host a one-day seminar that will give developers, architects, builders, codes officials and others an understanding of the Fair Housing Act’s requirements for construction of multifamily housing so that they can provide quality housing to people with disabilities and avoid expensive litigation and retrofits.
