Presentations will include information on the changing landscape of design and risks in a post-COVID world, a case study directly from the AXA XL claims files involving multiple claims against design professionals, and a discussion on the legal land mines of design professional practice in Tennessee.

Risk Strategies and AXA XL support the A&E community by giving all proceeds from the annual “Tennessee Roadshow” to local AIA Components, AIA Chattanooga, AIA East Tennessee, AIA Memphis, AIA Middle Tennessee, and The Tennessee Society of Professional Engineers I American Council of Engineering Companies of Tennessee.
