Rulemaking Hearing Scheduled for State Minimum Codes

The Rules updating codes from 2012 to 2021 have been filed with the Secretary of State’s office and a Rulemaking Hearing has been scheduled for April 29, 2024. The AIA TN State Minimum Codes working group has reviewed and support all changes to the codes. Learn more.
