JE+DI Talks 2021

JE+DI Talks 2021: Steps Toward Inclusion focuses on ascending action toward inclusion through assessment of our personal attitude and sensitivity toward others, but addressing the systematic inequalities embedded in our educational system and by adopting a workplace culture which ensures support of diversity through equitable opportunity of success.

JE+DI Talks 2020

In October of 2020, the JE+DI Committee hosted a series of Talks over three weeks to begin AIA TN’s commitment to work with TN NOMA chapters to Acknowledge. Listen. Learn. Act. The Talks were intended to bring together members from across the state to learn and have open conversations about institutional racism, the State of Diversity, Equity & Inclusion in Architecture and the Promise of Diversity Equity & Inclusion in Architecture.
