Design Firms:
Annual registration through the website of the Office of the State Architect (OSA) is required for all projects and must be completed before expressing interest through submitting responses to Letters of Interest (LOI) or responses to Requests for Qualifications (RFQ) for a project.
Current registrations expire on December 31, 2017.
Registration for the 2018 calendar year opens December 1, 2017 and runs for the entire month. While the annual registration process remains open all year, registering in December will ensure that your firm is eligible for all 2018 calendar year projects.
In order to register please follow the steps below:
Proceed to the designer registration webpage: https://designerregistration.osa.tn.gov/WebForms/Home.aspx
Existing Registrants:
- Select the tab titled Designer Listing to check if your firm is current.
- If you are on the list then you can proceed by selecting the Update My Registration tab and follow the instructions.
- If your firm is not listed on the Designer Listing and you feel you were registered at some time in the past, you may proceed to the Update My Registration tab and follow the instructions.
New Registrants:
- For new registrants, and firms who are unable to locate an old registration, please proceed to the Registration For Designers tab and follow the instructions.
